Speaker Instruction Sheet Example

Please read at the BEGINNING of the session:

Good morning (or afternoon) everyone and welcome to:

New Techniques in Analysis

Before we begin the program, allow me to cover a few important details:

  1. Please complete the evaluation form for this session and as you leave, either place it in the “Evaluation” box located outside this room or with the staff person by the door.  If it is not already preprinted on your evaluation form, take a moment and write the session code NT-001 and title New Techniques in Analysis in the space provided on the top of the form. The information from these evaluations will be used to for planning the sessions and speakers for future conferences.
  1. We would like to thank the sponsors of this event.  Their contributions play an important role in the success of the conference.  In addition, please make time to visit the exhibitors whose support also makes this conference possible.

Now that these details have been covered:

Introduce Presenters

I would like to introduce myself.  My name is Leslie Elliott and I am a Professor of Finance at American International University. If your evaluation form does not have my name as Speaker 1, please write it in.

In addition, I would like to introduce the other speakers:

Susan Fenn is the President of National Value Enterprises. On your form, Susan is Speaker 2

Michael Fletcher is the Managing Partner of Capital Investments. Michael is Speaker 3

John Wang is Vice President of International Assessment Ventures. John is Speaker 4

This will ensure you are all rating the correct speakers.

Please read at the END of the session:

Thank you for joining this session.  Please remember to complete the evaluation form and to visit with our sponsors and exhibitors.
